Run Amuck Duck, or "RAD" as he likes to be called, is doing his damnedest to bring the Diaper look into modern fashion. It's awfully hard to use toilet paper correctly when you have a dagger for a hand so he's combining function and fashion. His war-paint, though a factory error, gets him plenty of action with the ladies.
