Toy de Jour (221) - Bent World Beats blind box figure

Rarely do I pick up a blind box and get the ultra rare figure on my first try. But it happened here. I got the Tour Version of Mr. Spins. I don't really like him so he's probably going up on eBay soon. Whatevs.
