I had a bunch of G.I. Joe knock-offs when I was little but I don't remember this guy. His construction is similar to the A-Team figures and possibly shares the mold with one of them. There's no markings on him so I'm having a hard time identifying him. Also I don't care too much. Grabbed him for a dollar at a show recently. I think he's evil just based on his hair color.
